New 2025 Sustainability Report
Sustainability is not just declared. It is measured, managed and made transparent.
This year again, we have published our Sustainability Report, developed through a collaborative process involving our stakeholders. More than a destination, it is a tool for accountability, dialogue and continuous engagement.
The Sustainability Report is intrinsically linked to our strategic plan: the former measures and communicates our environmental, social and economic impact, while the latter integrates these dimensions into our long-term vision. This synergy ensures that sustainability is not an addition, but an integral part of our corporate DNA, embodying core values such as transparency, awareness, pragmatism and long-term vision.
Our reporting is based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which we have voluntarily adopted ahead of the requirements introduced by the CSRD. This decision reflects our commitment to higher standards of transparency than those required by regulation, in line with our Benefit Corporation Statute. We will continue to act along the four pillars of our Statute—climate, responsible production, people and local communities—turning commitments into measurable objectives and values into tangible impact.
Because building a sustainable business means looking beyond the present and taking responsibility for the future, every single day.
