Corporate governance
Established at the beginning of 2024, the Sustainability Committee is made up of the same company figures that make up the Strategic Committee in order to ensure consistency with objectives and actions and to further testify to the fact that at Tecnosystemi sustainability is closely integrated into the strategy. The Committee shares the medium-long term development objectives and supervises strategic planning.
The processes in our organisation are constantly adjusted according to the current GDPR rules. This constant adaptation allows us to find the right balance between accessibility to information and the collection and use of data in a clear and understandable way for everyone, aiming to create a relationship of trust with people by ensuring that personal data is treated responsibly and respectful of their right to privacy.
The Code of Ethics defines the Company’s core values, while the 231 Model provides a structured framework for preventing offences such as corruption and fraud. The adoption of the Model represents a safeguard for our Company, our employees, and all our business partners.
Promptly managing the impacts in compliance with the regulations has led us to formalise the operational tools that allow us to manage Whistleblowing reports. A dedicated portal is available for reports or potential violations which are illegal, unethical or in any case, contrary to internal regulations. It provides a protected and impartial context, where effective corrective actions can be activated.
The legality rating obtained by the AGCM is an important recognition obtained by companies that operate according to the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility. It is a fundamental element in ensuring stable business relationships and empowering company collaborators.
