Flexible joint with vibration damper to weld F / F

Air conditioning

The flexible joints are installed on commercial refrigeration and civil and industrial air conditioning systems, with the aim of eliminating the transmission to the circuit’s piping of the vibration generated by the compressor.
They also reduce noise and compensate for modest thermal expansion.
The main parts of the flexible joints are made of the following materials:
Terminals: copper pipe EN 12735-1 – CU-DHP
Turnbuckle: stainless steel EN 10028 – 7 – 1.4305/1.4301
Hose: stainless steel EN 10028-7- 1.4541/1.4404
Stainless steel EN 10088-3 – 1.4301 for twist
The joints are suitable for refrigerants such as CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs including R410A.
Average usage temperature: -40°C / +150°C
