Self-flanging fitting

Maintenance and cleaning of air conditioning systems

Approved and tested at 90 bar of pressure, they are compatible with all types of gases
The same product can be used on copper pipes with thickness from 0.8 to 1 mm.
The fittings avoid having to double connect the tube.
Available model with heating cable.

ASSEMBLY:

∙ Prepare the deburred copper pipe
∙ Insert the nut into the copper pipe
∙ Insert the guide tip on the head, making sure that it is in the correct position
∙ Manually tighten the nut to the fitting and then tighten it with a wrench

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

∙ Suitable for: fluids group I. Example: R290, R600, R600a (hydrocarbon refrigerants)
∙ Suitable for: group II fluids. Example: R22, R134a, R404, R407C, R410, R507 (non-flammable and non-toxic refrigerants)
∙ Operating temperature: -40 C / +150 C
∙ Maximum working pressure: 140 bar
