Our history

The first Tecnosystemi company is founded
Officially established in 1992, the company began its journey in the first headquarters in Susegana (Treviso) and began its history by marketing a small range of accessories for air conditioning.

The transition to a Manufacturing company
Invested in one of the first major transformations, Tecnosystemi also became a manufacturing company, starting out on a path that is still evolving today.

The move to Vittorio Veneto, the company’s current headquarters.
Tecnosystemi moved to a site of 33,000 square meters in the industrial area of Vittorio Veneto.

A change of strategic perspective
looking towards the future.
Tecnosystemi evolved with the current company structure owned by the Anna Munari and Giorgio Rigoni family, marking its definitive take-off.

A WMS system is integrated to optimise the production flow
in line with the company’s continuous growth. The exponential growth in the quantity of products handled in the warehouse made it necessary to move from manual to automatic and continuous management of production orders, integrating the Slim2k system.

The first steps towards sustainability
During the requalification of the old warehouses, the company decided to install a 500 Kw photovoltaic system on the entire roof surface, creating a system that covers the energy needs of production without producing harmful emissions.

Expansion of the production plant
The constant expansion together with the internalisation of production processes made it necessary to expand by about 6,000 square meters.

Re-designing spaces put the well-being of people at the centre.
A radical transformation but one which is in line with the vision of the owner, who wanted a space rethought for the well-being of the people who work there.

The transition to Benefit Company
A new business model takes shape, including in the articles of association the objective of pursuing, in addition to profit, four aims of common benefit.

The photovoltaic park is completed
The installation of the photovoltaic panels on the entire available surface is completed, reaching 1.6 MW of installed power.

The automated warehouse
The increase in production volumes and the consequent increase in warehouse movements led to the choice of the integration of an automated warehouse aimed at procurement, storage and picking for the preparation of orders.

Production expansion with the purchase of a second plant
The continuous growth of Tecnosystemi required the expansion of a second production plant a few meters away from the first.

TS park, Tecnosystemi’s first urban forestry project.
Thanks to the project by João Ferreira Nunes, an internationally renowned landscape designer, we took care of the municipal green area that surrounds our headquarters, transforming it into a real park for the community of the industrial area.

Tecnosystemi grows and acquires the third production plant
Production extended further with a third production plant reaching 33,600 square meters of total production area.

We produce a wide range of specialised accessories for the HVAC market. We have differentiated different product families by coining eight brands that identify the various product sectors to which these products belong.

Thanks to this, Tecnosystemi has grown rapidly and has been able to preserve and enhance its identity and become a promoter of its fundamental values.
