TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER

The resource, in collaboration with the research & development office, will be responsible for ensuring reliability, technical performance and product innovation. It will guarantee the high standard of quality of the products in compliance with deadlines and budgets. Will coordinate the staff in the technical office (8 resources) managing the supply chain, from the conception to the marketing of the product.

• Technical analysis and feasibility studies
• Coordination of the design activity and monitoring of progress stages
• Definition and management of the creation of technical documentation (manuals-datasheets) in compliance with current regulations. Certifications.
• Management and development of new product ranges in coordination with R&D

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of 3D design and drawing techniques
• Excellent knowledge of the sector’s legislation
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality control techniques and product costs
• Knowledge of mechanics and electronics
• Relational leadership
• Analytical skills, organisation and innovation orientation
• Clear overview and willingness to work together
